Rename this file MSPR.HDS from folder ( PlayReady)
This is another common issue with Silver light these days. Open your computer and reach to the following source- C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady. Once you are inside this directory, right-click the MSPR.HDS file and select Rename option. Now, assign a new name to the file as MSPR_Backup.HDS. Voila! As simple as that! Feel like a developer already?
Disable and Re-enable Silverlight
Then we move on the oldest of traditions, restart, reboot and rehash. Going back to the very basics, disable your silverlight plug-in for a moment. In your Google chrome address bar, type about:plugins and a list of plugins will flash on your screen. Find the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in and do the needful. Disable and Re-enable, if this works, you are in some real luck.
Hardware Acceleration: Turn it off!
At times, drivers don’t really let your Silverlight work in peace. Driver setups interfere with your Silverlight plug-in and doom it to collapse. Here is how to prevent that from happening. Make your silverlight independent of them. Open your Firefox and dive right into the advance tab. Under browsing head, uncheck the checkbox named Use Hardware Acceleration when available and you’re done. No more irritating hours without Netflix.
Most of the Silverlight settings are saved in the registry, which is the database containing data stored by application software and your operating system. This registry can probably get corrupted. Scanning and deleting the wrong registry settings can solve the issue. We would recommend you to install a registry cleaning software. The errors can be fixed pretty simplistically using this.
Start Tablet PC input Service
Microsoft silverlight uses a file called WISPTIS.EXE. For its smooth functioning, this file should be running. Hence Tablet PC input Service must be up and running. Open the run command under the start menu option and type SERVICES.MSC. Find out the status of the Table PC Input Service and turn it on. Done.
After you have read through this piece, you will be glad to have gotten over your fears of not being able to use Netflix forever. Have some issue, just let us know, it will be solved before you encounter it again.
